INTERNAL AND PRACTICE:
We are extending Scandinavians traditions to use just ecological - antistatic materials for interior decoration and are producing various kinds of colors, prints and factures, sound and heat insulating "ecotex" boards.
"Ecotex" The softboards are made from natural, ecologically clean materials. It is fine chopped, fibered and pressed pinewood without any additional binders (resins, glues etc.), that makes our product long living.
Soft woodfibre decreases sound permeability twice.
If you cover the outside wall with the softboards, 1m2 saves up to 2,5 kg of relative fuel per heating season. The characteristics of these 12-mm isolation plates can be compared to characteristics of a red brick wall or of 0,5 m. layer of concrete. Because in the fiber composition there is paraffin, plates are resistant to relative humidity of premises - the characteristics remain unchanged. However, they are affected by the direct humidity such as flood or long-lasting plumbing accidents.
These plates perfectly substitude plaster, gypsum board. They can by heated on the masonry or concrete wall fixed shell, retracted others trim's proceeding (plastering, luting, painting, paperhanging). This makes the appointment or repairs of premises so much cheaper.
"Ecotex" of various lengths may be fit to cover either on ceilings or on walls. They are various weaves and colors, wish could choose wit diferent top's facture.
Our production heat and sound insulating woodfibre ecosoftboards designed for normal living and empty accommodations, where sleep, eat, work and lie your families members and you (for kitchens, dining-rooms, childrens rooms, offices, penthouses, not heating gardens cottages, garages and ect).
ENGINEERING:
"Ecotex" plates coefficient of heat conductivity - 0,0433 W/(mK), max water absorbing during 2h - 30,6%. Average bending strength - 3,09 MPa, density 257 kg/m3. Technical characteristics are periodically checking in Technological University building materials and constructions knowledge laboratory. Producing agree with National Hygiene Inspection. Experimentation were transacted in the Fire-investigation centre. Adequancy Certificate Nr. SPSC-4561, gave in the Building productions certification centre. "Ecotex" (code 1MF; 1PF; 1JF) flame spread's index 0,00 reference to FIRE-INVESTIGATIONS CENTRE'S experimentations report Nr. END'S CORNERS:
Universal end's corners: length - 2745 mm, spread- 44 ir 60 mm, thickness- 3,2 mm. Colors of these end's corners are the same like plates.
