Wall mounting scheme

1.
You don't have specially prepare the wall (wow, what an ugly wall...)
|

|
2.
A hole for the pin is screwed, and the frame is mounted on it (it is recomended to use a high quality perforator)
|

3.
When you hammer the pin in (wooden pin is not compulsory)
|
|
|
4.
Frame planks are hammered (planks are necessary the high quality, but should be straight)
|
|
|
4a.
Frame planks are hammered at distance of 28,5 cm between the centres (perfect planks are made from cheap wood)
|
|
|
5.
Heat and sound insulating ecoboards are stampled with a stampler used in furnishing industry ("Rapid" type). Staple is shot every 10-15 cm (it is adviced not to stample into soft body parts)

|
6.
Take a rest for 15 seconds, stample down the last ecoboard ang get to the ceilings...
|
Ceilings mountings scheme
The mounting of ceilings is very much alike mounting the ecoboards to the wall. But making suspended ceilings necessary to suspend squared timber. The frame planks will be mounted on it.

1.
Measure and mark the spot when the plank will be hammered - every 28,5 cm (it is adviced to use a certified ruler and bright red marker)

2.
The plank is attached with a bolt (attaching device can be even cleaner than you see in the picture)
|
|
|
3.
It is adviced to put on some glue on the backside of ecoboard (cheap ones) where ecoboard has a contact with the plank
|
|
|
4.
The ecoboard with a glue is attached to a frame (you don't have to torture yourself and wait while glue is drying)
|
|
|
5.
Immediately stample the ecoboard with the staples mentioned above (take a rest for additional 15 seconds and do the rest- spread the carpets, drag the furniture back. Then invite the neighbours, relatives, friends etc. Don't forget to convey greetings from "Ebonitas" to them...)

And remember - no plastering, puttying, wallpapering or painting. Amen!
